It’s been a really tough year for the music and hospitality industries. With the ever-changing restrictions and the ongoing concerns with the pandemic, they need our support now more than ever. It’s important, at the same time, to make sure we are following the guidelines to help stop the spread of the virus. Let’s do our best to help support the places that have managed to keep the music scene in and around the Lehigh Valley going to this point. And, of course, the musicians who need the support as well. Here’s a look at the week ahead.

Thursday looks a little light but, Friday and Saturday are jam-packed. Christmas in the Quarter runs until 12/27/20 so, there’s only 3 weekends left to explore the Industrial Quarter at it’s holiday best. If you are a fan of ITO & the Moonlight Hippies, your last chance to see them live is this weekend as they teak a break from performing to pursue other goals. Insurrection Distillery in Lehighton will be drawing the winner of a Holiday Spirits Basket on Saturday evening. Proceeds go to the Trinity Food Pantry and entry tickets can be purchased for $2 each at the distillery or Radical Wines. Stop by Insurrection or Radical Wines for live music and to purchase your tickets on Friday. It’s also your last chance to catch Mark & Ralph at Insurrection until April, 2021. Whatever you do this weekend, make one of these venues a stop along the way to help support local businesses and keep the live music scene going strong.
