Due to the governor’s sudden decision to ban alcohol sales after 5pm on Wednesday, this show has been re-scheduled to tonight. At the Apollo was set to appear at Rivals Sports Bar in Easton tomorrow and would have been included in this weeks’ edition of Weekly Live Music “HOT SPOTS”. There are a few other shows scheduled for tomorrow evening that I will list here as well that may be cancelled or re-scheduled due to the restrictions. Please check ahead with the venue or the artist for any changes to tomorrow’s schedule.
Not familiar with At the Apollo ? Tonight would be a great night to go check them out on a relatively “light” live music night. At the Apollo is a recently recently formed rock party band with members from Doyle & the Dudes, Dear Anna and Eighteenth Hour making up the Valley’s newest cover band. With that kind of talent they are sure to put on a show you won’t want to miss. You can visit their Facebook page (and give them a like while you’re there) for all the details and their upcoming schedule. https://www.facebook.com/attheapollo.
Other shows scheduled to take place tomorrow: 5pm – Snow Betz (5pm) and Dose (7pm), Riverside Barr and Grill. 6pm – Peter Johann, Hijinx Brewery. 8pm – Sunsets North, Seven Sirens Brewing Company. The 6pm Layne “Doc” Roberts show at Insurrection Distillery has been cancelled.
It is a difficult time for small businesses and musicians alike. They can use all the support we can give them so, let’s get out and support live music – tonight and over the weekend – while we still can. Stay safe and keep the music scene in the Valley and beyond alive.
